Club trip to Wembury Beach
A day out in the sunshine exploring Wembury beach and rock pools.
Ivybridge and District Camera Club’s most recent outing was to Wembury beach on Tuesday March 21st.
A good number of Club members and guests met to enjoy the beautiful morning with the sun coming out as we arrived. The lowest tide of the month exposed the rock pools and rock formations for which Wembury beach is renowned and several of us could be seen staring intently into the depths of pools as we attempted to compose our images. It’s always fun to put into practice the techniques and styles we have discussed at club meetings so some of us experimented with Intentional Camera Movement or black and white shots which form the topic of a meeting in mid-April.
We have posted a selection of our images from the day on the Ivybridge Camera Club’s Facebook page which is open for members and non-members alike to join and also on our Flickr pages https://flic.kr/s/aHBqjAxdqb
Guests are very welcome to join us on our informal and friendly photography outings which are advertised on our website and on Facebook.
